How do I place an order online?

To place an order online, begin by clicking the name of the month in the Add Service column of the student grid on your home page.  That will take you to the order form where you can make your selections.  After completing your may order for additional months and/or students and then make one payment for all of you orders using Make Payment button that you will find at the top of the home page. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be deleted from our sytem,and your child will not receive their lunch.

What payment options do I have? 

While our favorite option would be for you to use our secure credit card payment option. We also would be happy to accept your personal check. Please mail your check in advance to us we will issue your credit in the amount of the check and you can begin to place your orders.

Am I required to order lunch 5 days a week to participate?

No, parents have the flexibility to order as many lunches as they want.

Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from Lunches with Love. 
 
The cut off for placing your order is 72 hours effective at 8 am before the service date you may cancel for full refund in the form of a store credit issued to you account.
 
Your Payment is due at the time of Ordering, you can choose to pay by Credit card, as you requested your credit card number will be kept in a Completely secure file in the Lunches With Love web site. We have taken extra precaution to help you feel secure with this option.

How does the cut off times work?

The Cut off times are as follows:
Friday at 6am for Monday Lunch Service
Saturday at 8am for Tuesday Lunch Service
Sunday at 8am for Wednesday Lunch Service
Monday at 8 am for Thursday Lunch Service
Tuesday at 8 am for Friday Lunch Service

How to Change or Cancel an Order:

To make changes to an order, you can select the appropriate Edit link to the right on the "orders history" grid from the home page.  That will take you to a form where you can make changes for days that you currently have service.  If you need to add new service for a day, you can place a new order by selecting the appropriate menu to the right of your students name select  the Add Service column of the student grid on the home page.

 

Privacy Policy

LUNCHES WITH LOVE guarantees that every transaction you make is 100% safe and all of your information is kept confidential. All orders are processed in real time on a secure server. For added safety, we do not store credit card information on our web server after your order has been processed. This significantly reduces the chances of Internet credit card fraud. Personal information that you provide to us is maintained in secured files. Smith Transportation Services will not sell or release your email address or any other information to any other parties.
